We will begin the Cousiño Macul Wine Tour by visiting the Cousiño Macul Vineyard, located in the south-east of Santiago. In 1856 it was acquired by Don Matías Cousiño. His only son Don Luis along with his wife Isidora Goyenechea imposed its current character, importing noble strains and hiring European winemakers. They built the imposing lime cellars.
Continuing with our tour, we will go to an important handicraft center called “El pueblito de Los Domínicos“, to get there we will pass through the “Reina Alta” an area near the Cordillera slopes where we will appreciate the beauty of the Andes.
